Do you sell patterns?

I have a range of patterns available. You can find them in my shop here.

How should I care for my textile artwork?

Regularly ‘dust’ your textile artwork with a lint roller, or use your vacuum cleaner with a pantyhose pulled over the end of the vacuum cleaner hose. Do not wash or dryclean.

Do not hang your artwork in direct sunlight.

If you wish to store your artwork for a period of time, roll it around a cardboard tube or pool noodle, face out. This eliminates fold lines and crease lines. Do not fold your artwork for long term storage.

Can I collect my purchase directly from your studio?

Absolutely; just select the ‘pickup’ option at the checkout.

Can I return my purchase?

All sales of original artwork are final.

 
If you wish to return a print, a fee of 20% of the print cost will be applied. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. If you do not contact us within days, we will be unable to offer you a return.

 
If there is an issue with your artwork, please contact us by email. When you have returned your order, we will ship your replacement artwork or issue a refund.

 
Please note that we are not liable for mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, or for damage incurred after delivery. We do our very best to package your order with care so that it arrives undamaged. However, if your order has arrived damaged, we will see what we can do from our end.
