    Mmm, cheese/breadcrumb topping sounds yummy! I won’t let the family know about that though, as I’m trying to keep it as healthy as possible!

    I should follow your example and then wouldn’t have the scenario that when I start cooking dinner with a 30min timeframe, I grab the recipe and find the meat needed marinating for 1-4 hours!! At least I was organised enough to have a menu plan…

      That sounds familiar – I was always forgetting to take the meat out of the freezer until the very last minute!
